If you do not agree, please do not use it.
A data sale runs under separate agreements that both sides sign before any work on records starts. Those agreements override these terms for the work they cover.
What the site is
The site gives information about licensing a services firm's operating records to AI buyers, an estimate tool, and a way to contact us. Using the site creates no agreement to buy, sell or license anything. Our fee is proposed, and it is set only in a seller agreement that you and we both sign.
The estimate
The tool describes your company's inventory and screens the next step: a call, a direct buyer's page or a waiting list. It does not calculate a seller-specific price range. Figures published, quoted or bid by buyer programs are references with their sources, not an offer or a valuation of your firm or its records. When you submit the form, we receive and store the company name, inventory and screening answers with the result, as the privacy notice describes. A result does not establish that a buyer will accept your records or that you have permission to sell them.
Not legal or financial advice
The pages on rights and rules summarise public sources so you know what to ask. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, and they do not create a lawyer-client relationship. Before you license any record, check your obligations with your own adviser. During a sale we organise the facts you give us and a schedule of the rights you tell us you hold. That work is not a legal opinion and it is not a guarantee that a record can be sold. A sale still depends on the permissions attached to the actual source of each record and on the terms of the buyer's contract.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site to break the law or someone else's rights;
- send malicious code, probe the site for weaknesses or try to get around its limits;
- load the site with automated requests, or copy it in bulk;
- give false details, or act for a company you have no authority to represent;
- use the site's content to build a competing price register without our written consent.
What you send us
Send only information you are allowed to share. Do not send passwords, client files, tax returns, health records, candidate files or other regulated or restricted records through the site's forms or by email. We do not solicit those records through the site. If you send one, we may delete it without notice. Information you submit to ask for an estimate or a call is yours. You give us permission to use it to reply to you and to run the site, as the privacy notice describes.
Accounts
Where we invite you to sign in, you are responsible for the email account that receives the sign-in link and for what happens under your session. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Our content
The text, price register and design of this site belong to Generativa LLC or its licensors. You may quote and link to the price register with credit. You may not otherwise copy, republish or sell the content without our written permission.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, Generativa LLC and the people who work for it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or from relying on an estimate. Our total liability for any claim arising from the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms goes to the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to those courts.
Changes
We may update these terms, and we will show the date of the change at the end of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
