How we protect your data

You approve the scope

  • We agree what is in scope on the call.
  • You approve each source before anything is shared.

Personal data is removed

  • The removal tool strips names, contact details and client identifiers on your own computer.
  • You review the cleaned sample before any buyer sees it.

Exports stay with you until a sale

  • Your admin runs each export on your own computer. Your systems and login credentials stay under your control.
  • Buyers see redacted previews only.

You sign the terms

  • Data use, retention and our fee are set out in a signed agreement.
  • Keep the original export on your computer. Only a locally reviewed, cleaned package can enter our accepted-file store.

Questions

Who buys the records?

AI labs and the companies that supply them with training data. They pay for real business records with the personal data taken out.

What counts as records?

Email, team chat, tickets, CRM, documents, ledgers and code: the history of how your company does its work.

Will my clients' details be exposed?

Your administrator runs our removal tool on your own computer. It strips names, contact details and client identifiers there and shows you every item it is unsure about. You upload only the cleaned package, and you review a cleaned sample before any buyer sees it. Buyers see redacted previews only.

How much of my time does it take?

One 20-minute call, then your admin's time to run each system's export. We handle the cleaning.

What do you charge?

Nothing up front. We take 10% of the money you receive, capped at $100,000, agreed in writing before any work starts.

Is the range a price for my company?

No. It shows what companies like yours were offered, bid or advertised in 2026. Your price is set by the buyers who bid on your records.
